The use of technology is crucial to academic development and communication among students. The power that ICTs have to win the attention and motivate learning,must be taken into consideration. So besides the channel created a good result isthe same poster that had to be released in communities.

A utilização dos questionários on line foi importante para concepção do nosso fórum uma vez que as opiniões ajudaram a construir novas ideias. Assim o fórum ficou fechado para uso dos alunos no qual discutimos assuntos referentes as reuniões, a comunicação no skype e tudo mais que fosse interessante. A maior vantagem do fórum, se deu pelo fato de que, quem não tivesse no momento das reuniões seja ela por skype  na própria escola, poderiam participar do fórum nos tópicos relacionado ao que foi decidido. Assim todos estavam integrados e participativos, não tínhamos problemas de comunicação, entre todos da equipe.

Sabemos que além disso o fórum será uma importante ferramenta para gestão de novos projetos e ideias uma vez que podemos ter a base das participações dos alunos no ambiente,  como também um direcionamento de como fazer.

The use of online questionnaires was important for the design of our forum since reviewshelped build new ideas. Thus the forum was closed for the students in which we discussissues concerning the meetings, communication on skype and everything else that was interesting. The biggest advantage of the forum is due to the fact that those who had notat the time of the meetings by skype on whether the school could participate in the forumon topics related to what was decided. So they were all integrated and participatory, we had no communication problems between everyone on the team.
We know that in addition the forum will be an important tool for managing new projects and ideas as we can be the basis of participation of students in the environment, but alsoa direction of how to do.

Em busca de uma melhora contínua, o uso de questionário on line tem colaborado muito nesse segmento. Uma vez que a opinião do público, das pessoas beneficiadas, de professores, estudantes e amigos tem sido muito importante. Por meio do uso desse serviço, foi possível obter esse feedback, sem haver um consumo de papel, sem necessitar irmos fazer coleta desses dados e principalmente pudemos ter uma maior amplitude do que esta sendo nosso trabalho, contribuindo para a continuação do mesmo.
